Help Purchasing an Order
Hello! Thank you for choosing Beach Mule, we know you will love it. In order to place an order you can simply view the products on the homepage, click add to cart, and checkout. You can also navigate to the “Shop” tab at the top of the page. From there you can browse products, add to your cart, and checkout!
We currently accept credit/debit cards such as Mastercard, visa, discover, etc. You are required to pay in full at checkout.
We have in the past, however, due to the rising demand of the Beach Mule and our on-going effort to grow our operations in order to fulfill this demand we do not foresee any discounts in the near future.
You may NOT modify the order before it ships. Unfortunately, we no longer have a separate workflow or assembly line for any customizations or requested add-ons. However, most of the customizations and add-ons that our customers desire are easily sourced and ship quicker when purchased direct from Amazon or local boating stores. We will be coming out with recommended Amazon buys and add-ons for your Beach Mule 2025 on our website soon, so stay tuned!
In efforts to better our flagship and most desired in demand product, the Beach Mule: Electric beach cart, we have directed all of our efforts into producing solely the Beach Mule: Electric Beach cart as a standard option, which means due to demand and our interest to get to 2-3 day delivery times from order for all customers worldwide, we will no longer be able to have a separate workflow or assembly line for any customizations or requested add-ons. As a manufacturing facility directly, and not a storefront, we have taken all feedback and usability from customers and made one product that fits all!
