1. How long does it take to arrive when I place my order?
It takes 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive, depending on the demand and workflow of the shop.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for anyone in the US (not including Hawaii or Alaska) If you live anywhere else in the world and want to purchase from us directly and not through one of our dealers please fill out an international shipping quote to find out!
3. Are the batteries and charger included with purchase?
yes, we include 2 batteries and 1 charger with the initial purchase. If you would like to buy more we have links on our website that will take you to a purchasing page.
4. General cart information
The Beach Mule weighs 36lbs unloaded and can haul up to 500lbs! It is collapsible and you can find the instruction in our customer care portal at the top of our website. While the cart does not come assembled, You will receive a QR code in you Beach Mule package, and when you scan the code, it will take you to a step-by-step instructional video on how to assemble your Mule. The main questions we get are regarding the type of tires we use and how the throttle works. We use Balloon beach tires (they are inflated with air). Regarding the throttle, it is fairly simple. The Beach Mule has a variable thumb throttle that will match your speed as you walk. The more you push down, the faster it goes. Please note: DO NOT full throttle the mule, as it is a safety concern.
When it comes to lead times, it is typically 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. Now, it is important to note that this is dependent on the shop workflow and the volume of orders. Once we build up inventory, this may change and the lead times could be more accurate or quicker, you never know!
We offer FREE SHIPPING for every Beach Mule in the US (not including Hawaii or Alaska) We offer international orders on our Shop tab, where you can purchase the shipping fee directly through us with our discount, separate from your Beach Mule. Please note: any video of the Beach Mule working or showing any of its functionalities can be found on our social or on our website.
Because each Beach Mule is hand-built and tested in-house, we accept returns on unused, unmodified units within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 15–20% restocking fee may apply. Units that have been used outdoors or altered are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right. All Beach Mules are backed by a limited warranty covering manufacturing and electrical components, and we prioritize fast repairs or part replacements to keep you up and running.
