Are the batteries and charger included with purchase? yes, we include 2 batteries and 1 charger with the initial purchase. If you would like to buy more we have links on our website that will take you to a purchasing page. 4. General cart information The Beach Mule weighs 36lbs unloaded and can haul up to 500lbs! It is collapsible and you can find the instruction in our customer care portal at the top of our website. While the cart does not come assembled, You will receive a QR code in you Beach Mule package, and when you scan the code, it will take you to a step-by-step instructional video on how to assemble your Mule. The main questions we get are regarding the type of tires we use and how the throttle works. We use Balloon beach tires (they are inflated with air). Regarding the throttle, it is fairly simple. The Beach Mule has a variable thumb throttle that will match your speed as you walk. The more you push down, the faster it goes. Please note: DO NOT full throttle the mule, as it is a safety concern.
