Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing The Beach Mule. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, made-to-order electric beach carts while ensuring a smooth and transparent shipping experience.

Processing Time

All Beach Mule units are built to order. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days, depending on current order volume. During peak seasons or dealer production periods, processing times may be extended. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. We always prioritize quality and testing before shipment.

Shipping Schedule & Delivery

Once your unit is completed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and location. During periods of high demand, carrier delays may occur. Please allow additional transit days if necessary. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all Beach Mule orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated during checkout or quoted directly.

Shipping Liability

Once your Beach Mule is handed off to the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer. This includes transit delays, loss, theft, or carrier-related damage. If an issue occurs during transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist when possible but are not responsible for carrier issues.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Beach Mule units are custom-built and made to order. Production begins immediately after purchase.

Because of the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns after an order is placed.

Please review all product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility details prior to placing your order.

Factory Errors or Product Issues

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or an issue on our end, please submit the Customer Care Form at the bottom of our homepage. We will review your case promptly, request photos or videos if needed, and repair, replace, or provide appropriate support at our discretion.

Customer Damage, Misuse, or Modifications

Damage caused by incorrect battery use, unauthorized modifications, overloading, environmental exposure, or improper assembly or operation is not covered under refund or return policies. However, we will always work with customers to offer parts, guidance, or repair solutions when possible.

Warranty Support

Opening the electrical panel for diagnostics or repairs does not void the warranty, especially for remote or island customers where local service is necessary. We simply ask that the customer or technician follows our guidance when applicable.

Policy Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Our Shipping Policy

  • Our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

  • The custom-built nature of our products

  • No cancellations or refunds after ordering

  • Responsibility transferring to the carrier once shipped

This ensures clarity for both parties and allows us to continue building high-quality, handcrafted Beach Mule products.
