Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (subject to change due to high volume of orders). We strive to ensure that your Beach Mule is prepared for shipment as efficiently as possible, without compromising on quality. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Schedule and Delays
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to the address you have provided. While we do our utmost to meet the expected delivery window, please note that during periods of high demand, shipments may be delayed. Should your order be delayed, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates and Options
To enhance your shopping experience with The Beach Mule, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. We select reliable shipping options to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.
Shipping Liability
Once your Beach Mule has been dispatched from our factory and handed over to our mail carrier, the responsibility for your order transfers from us to the carrier. The Beach Mule is not responsible for any issues that occur after the product has been shipped out, including but not limited to loss, damage, or theft.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey from our factory to your doorstep. Should you encounter any problems with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly, as they are best equipped to assist you.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At The Beach Mule, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality electric beach carts designed to enhance your beach experience. Given the nature of our products and the specificity of each order, we have the following cancellation and refund policy in place:
Cancellations or Refunds
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. Please Read product description and details before you make a purchase. We build each electric beach cart to order, tailoring our products to meet specific customer needs and preferences. This process begins almost immediately upon order confirmation, which means we cannot halt production to accommodate cancellations.
After purchase, there are no returns due to our carts being custom built. We are happy to work with the customer if any issues arise.
Factory Mistakes
At The Beach Mule, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we acknowledge that factory mistakes, though rare, can occur. If you believe your electric beach cart has a manufacturing defect or mistake, please fill out the Customer Care Form located at the bottom of our homepage. Upon receiving your form, we will promptly review your case and work with you to rectify the issue.
