*please note: if any service, troubleshooting or replacement parts are needed, a customer care form must be filled out first.*
we are required by insurance to keep all communication clear through email including troubleshooting or replacement parts. We ae the oem (original equipment manufacturer) and make all parts by hand with nearly all focus on production, so please allow 5 business days for each ccr form to be responded to.
