How long does it take to arrive when I place my order?

Our typical production time is approximately two weeks, though this can vary depending on current shop workflow and parts availability.
As a U.S.-based manufacturing facility, each unit is hand-built in-house—we are not a reseller. Because of this, timelines may occasionally be shorter or extend slightly based on incoming component deliveries.

How much does shipping cost at The Beach Mule?

At The Beach Mule, shipping is free for everyone located in the US (not including Hawaii, or Alaska). If you are located somewhere else in the world, and do not have access to our dealers, you will have to fill out an International shipping quote. Depending on where you live will determine the price of shipping for you.

Are batteries and charger included with purchase?

Yes, we include 1 charger, and 2 batteries with the initial order. We use Kobalt 24V 6.0AH lithium batteries. If you would like to purchase additional batteries or chargers we have a link you can do so on our website!

How long does it take for my cart to arrive?

It takes one to two weeks to ship once your order is placed. This may change due to the volume of orders our shop gets.

Do we ship worldwide? Yes! All you need to do is fill out an international shipping quote.

What kind of batteries does the beach mule take?  Kobalt 24V 6.0AH lithium batteries.
Are the batteries included with the purchase of a Beach Mule? Yes, we include 2 batteries and 1 charger with yout initial purchase. 
How long do the batteries last?  The batteries have up to 10 miles of battery life with the cart being loaded at 120lbs. (of course, this all depends on the terrain, amount loaded, and battery percentage and care)
Will my order include the tools needed to assemble the cart? Yes, we include a took kit with everything needed to assemble your Beach Mule.

Issues with cart

I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your mule. In regards to the resolution process, please visit our website and navigate to the "Customer Care Portal" tab. Kindly complete the form provided, which will enable our shop technicians to thoroughly assess the issue and initiate the necessary repairs promptly.
Please be aware that completing a CCR form is required through our insurance policies. If a CCR is not completed, we will be unable to assist or validate the warranty. Once you have submitted the form, it typically takes 5-7 business days for our technician to review and resolve the issue properly. CCRs are processed in the order they are received, alongside our weekly orders.
Rest assured, once your case has been evaluated, we will promptly contact you to discuss the next steps in resolving the issues with your mule.
