  • How long does it take for my cart to arrive?
    It takes one to two weeks to ship once your order is placed. This may change due to the volume of orders our shop gets.
  • How long does it take to arrive when I place my order?
    It takes one to two weeks for your order to ship once you place your order. Depending on the volume of orders our shop gets the shipping may change.
  • Issues with cart
    I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your mule. In regards to the resolution process, please visit our website and navigate to the "Customer Care Portal" tab. Kindly complete the form provided, which will enable our shop technicians to thoroughly assess the issue and initiate the necessary repairs promptly. Please be aware that completing a CCR form is required through our insurance policies. If a CCR is not completed, we will be unable to assist or validate the warranty. Once you have submitted the form, it typically takes 5-7 business days for our technician to review and resolve the issue properly. CCRs are processed in the order they are received, alongside our weekly orders. Rest assured, once your case has been evaluated, we will promptly contact you to discuss the next steps in resolving the issues with your mule.

    Is the Beach Mule battery powered? Yes What kind of batteries does the beach mule take? 20v lithium drill batteries. Is the Beach Mule compatible with dewalt style drill batteries? Yes Are the batteries included with the purchase of a Beach Mule? Yes. How long do the batteries last? The drill batteries have up to 10 miles of battery life with the cart being loaded at 120lbs.

    Yes.

    How much does the Beach Mule weigh unloaded? 35lbs Can I customize my Beach Mule? Yes! Fill out a custom order form with all your cart specifics under the shop tab on our website, and we will get back with you ASAP. (Also ask about different attachments we can do!) Is the Beach Mule collapsable? Yes Does the Beach Mule come assembled? No How do I assemble the Beach Mule? You will receive a QR code with your Beach Mule, and when you scan the code, it will take you to a step by step instructional video on how to assemble your mule. How does the throttle work? The Beach Mule has a variable thumb throttle that will match your speed as you walk. What kind of tires come with the Beach Mule? Balloon beach tires Are there other tire options for the Beach Mule other than beach tires? We can do other tire options. You will need to go to our custom order option here on the website and fill out the custom order form with your tire specifics.

    Perfect! We’re excited to help bring your dream cart to life. Simply visit the "Shop" tab (hover over with your mouse) and select "Custom Builds." Fill out the contact form with as many details as possible about your vision. Don’t worry about the cost at this stage—we provide free quotes! The owner will review your request and get in touch to discuss your ideas, pricing, and possibilities. From there, we’ll get started on crafting your personalized mule exactly as you envisioned.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
